GoRescue is committed to transparency and fairness in handling cancellations and refunds.
1. Refund Policy
Services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if service was prepaid and not provided due to a cancellation on our part or other justifiable reason.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. However, due to the nature of on-demand service delivery, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Before Dispatch: If cancellation is made before a technician has been dispatched, no fee will apply.
After Dispatch: If cancellation occurs after dispatch but before arrival, a cancellation fee of $30 (or 15% of the total service fee, whichever is higher) will be charged.
No Show/Unavailable: If the customer is unreachable or not present at the location upon arrival, the full service fee may apply.
To cancel a service, please call us immediately at (714) 282-8999. Email or text cancellations are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our dispatch team.
